Always do a great job.
I have not had luck with their service department with my Mach-e's powertrain ongoing issue - one year! Some days I get error messages and last week the car simply shut down (thank goodness I was in park and not driving on the freeway). PS Ford is unable to diagnose the exact problem and they send me away and say to "just bring it back if it happens again". They even installed a new 12v battery even though my old battery tested healthy a few days prior. I feel like that was lazy and a way to show they did something. That set... read more

Another great experience with Aaron in service at Palm Springs Ford. I had put off taking action on several recall letters from Ford for a couple of months. Aaron and the service department made it so easy.
They lied to me they told me they were going to supply roof racks and they have not supplied them trying to get a hold of them they just ignore me very bad customer service the one that helped me her name was Pam Johnson she's never returned my calls and done nothing to get in touch of me about the roof racks nothing but lies
