We took my father inlaws F-150 in for a service and recalls, Jason in the service department was great to deal with, he kept me well informed as to the work being done and if the truck would need to stay overnight waiting for parts, Thank you very much Jason for a job well done from two happy customers!
Brought my 2000 Ford F-350 with 130k miles in for a stutter at idle and at certain RPMs. I’m traveling the country and was 3500 miles from home. I was told without evidence that i may need and engine, then a transmission, then that it was a misfire. If i knew nothing about cars I might have believed them. Brought to another dealer, it needed a new injector. Beware cautious of this place. Weeks later is still bothering me and i felt I should let others know.
