Great and fast service as usual
I only trust my Raptor to Palm Springs Ford, they are always responsive, make sure they listen to my needs and provide the best service. They always check out my truck to make sure to catch things in advance before they break and make recommendation as needed. Highly recommend them.
Went in for service today (Saturday), Wally was a great guy and has a good sense of humor for someone working on a Saturday. Dropped the car off and it was serviced for an oil change and tire rotation in just an hour and a half! Wally was good with reminders about other upcoming maintenance needs, and was overall helpful.
My shopping experience with Palm Springs Motor was exceptional. My sales representative Joey, was very attentive and helpful. He made sure I got what I wanted for as close to the price I was willing to pay. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
