Dr. Tom has been my dentist for 14 years and I love him. I needed an emergency appointment today and Dr. Tom wasn’t in the office. The staff got me in to see Dr. Shepherd a couple of hours after I called and I was pleased to discover that he has a wonderful demeanor too and took the time to explain things to me in detail. Suggestion: the office should purchase a 3-D xray machine, then they could make more informed diagnosises without sending patients, like me, to a specialist.
