I always look forward to my dental cleaning appointments because this office is one of the happiest and most welcoming places in our desert. I am always greeted by my name and offered something to drink if there is a wait. My hygienist, Cara is always so upbeat and makes me smile. One hour always flies by so quickly and my mouth tingles with cleanliness. So much so, that I want to smile more! I go for cleaning every three months and would go more often if it were necessary.
Everything went well. Love the office and Steve hygienist.
As a kid and even as an adult I always hated going too the dentist! But since I’ve found this wonderful group of people I no longer dread my visits. And I go every 90 days.! My hygienist Steve Wood is amazing. It’s like a seeing a friend each time.. and Petra at the desk is a gem! Keep on doing what you do!
I am thankful to be under Dr. Tom’s care. It’s always a pleasure to see him. I am also thankful for the other staff, especially Emily and Peta!
Cara is my hygienist and is always timely and does a thorough job. The entire staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend Palm Springs Family & Cosmetic Dentistry.
Needed to change my appointment and there were no opening, but I was promised a new appointment anyway. And as usual, I got a call for a new appointment within a couple of days. I always feel taken care of by the staff.

Dr. Shepherd is a very intelligent and caring man who was willing to take the time to show me and tell me what my dental requirements are. This was my first visit at his practice with subsequent visits to expand on a plan to provide comprehensive care.
Staff are always helpful and Trish is the best hygienist I have ever had. Thank you!
