The first time we've been to the Palm. The service was very good. Our 5 lb lobster dinner was very good. The lobster bisque was ok. Very little lobster in it and the Cesar salad was good. It could have used more dressing. The noise level was high it was my husband s 75 Birthday and though I told them that on the phone and when I made the reservations through Oopen Table there was no acknowledgement of the occasion. Would I go back. Sure the lobster was wonderful.
One of my all time favorite restaurants. Lobster was incredible as were the sides. Always consistently amazing

Very exited to be going to such a well known nice restaurant.. but the 6lb lobster promised to us was in reality about 3.5 lbs 4 lbs tops dried out and over cooked , the bread was great, calamari appetizer was So so , i did see a few nice lobsters pass by .. so it could have just been bad luck .. who knows
