Been to several Palms around US which were first class service.... was not impressed at this location have been here twice.... the service was not good at all... the first time it took 30 minutes to get a drink and then we had to send our food back because it was wrong ... this time it took forever to get service and to get our drink... the manager who is the lady is very rude we were talking to her and she just walks away in the middle of the conversation like who cares....
A fine establishment where I enjoyed the food, drinks, atmosphere while networking with local professionals (HYP&HP). Great spot!
I can't say enough about how fantastic everything was here. The food and drinks were amazing. Michelle Andrade went above and beyond what any bartender has ever done. I wish all restaurants had employees like her who go the "extra step".
The palm is always an amazing time! I am a regular in Orlando, had to see what Houston is all about!
I feel like the food was a little pricey when you walk out of a restaurant and the bill is $1,800 for 20 people that's a lot of money
