Over Rated This high end National Chain Steakhouse in the lobby of the old Bellevue is supposed to be one of the best. It is supposed to be where the power brokers in the city meet to see and be seen. I find the atmosphere with caricatures of the rich and famous adorning the walls to be somewhat tacky. Went there for a company function, had better food and service at better prices at many other places.
over rated and over priced I went here for a fancy dinner with my partner and nothing was how we heard it would be. The inside walls look like something you'd find in a Charlie Brown's or Fridays. The reservation time we had was too close to closing that the staff was practically pushing us out the door before we were even finished with dinner. The drinks were over priced and the food, while good (until I found hair in my food that is) was also very over priced. I do not recommend this restaurant.
Palm Restaurant is great place for private party Had a private room in the back for a private party. Had our own serving team and it was great. The food and atmosphere was very good. It was a little pricey, but well worth it.
Great dinner out!! Had a wonderful dinner here. Service was excellent. Very crowded and reservations necessary but it's worth waiting for. Menu is never changed so you can guarantee you will get what you love every time you return. Quite pricey but the food and service is excellent that it's worth it for a nice night out. Given dessert for free since it was our first time there...carrot cake is the best we ever had!!!
Upscale but pricey The Palm is a very upscale restaurant located in the South Park area. The atmosphere is quite nice, but the food can be rather expensive. We easily spent $200 for a dinner for two. However, the lobster is very plentiful and they have the best crab bisque I've ever had. For the price of the food, I think the taste could be a bit better, but its still a nice dining experience.

My friends (group of 10) and I always go out for restaurant week, so we know that some restaurants treat this like Valentine's Day - crowd the restaurant and and overwork the cooks. Classic We have been going to the Palm for years and have had the same waiter for years. I have never ever been disappointed by anything that I've ordered. This is the only place that I will order a steak at because I know that it will be delicious and worth it. They have an excellent wine list and great desserts-the chocolate cake is a must have. Great place for steak and lobster, but all other dishes are great too! The restaurant also has a great space for parties and a private room for a larger dinner.
