I was contacted on April 30th and told I needed to pick up a new key because my previous one had an expiration date. I made sure to arrive before the office closed at 6 PM, and I was assured the new key was already programmed and ready to use. Unfortunately, when I returned later that evening, the key did not work. Been here for about a month already and I really love this place.
I'm very upset with this apartment community I rarely complain but enough is enough this place is over priced everything is old from the apartment units to the appliance even the gym equipment is falling apart this place needs a major upgrade security gate always broken rude maintenance workers....
