I'll start off with stating that I have been a resident here for over 3 years and I take care of my apartment as if I own it. It has been almost 4 weeks that my washer has been broken. I have been more than patient and kind with this whole situation, but at this point it is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. Been here for going on 4 years. Expensive, and very average place to live. A couple of issues here and there but nothing worth further discussion. It's a typical apartment complex with apartment rules and amenities, nothing special, but there are far worse places to live. The maintenance team is awesome! Doug in the front office is awesome as well and takes care of business!
We, my wife and I have been tenants with Josette Seide Warburton, Property Manager for Palm Ranch Davie for over a year and three months and our experience has been fantastic. What impressed us most was their outstanding communication and maintenance of the property. For example, as I was leaving the property one morning Mrs Seide Warburton was doing pest control in her business dress attire. First I would like to mention that I'm very pleased with the quality of service and professionalism provided by manager Josette and office staff members ( Doug & Matthew ).
