We, my wife and I have been tenants with Josette Seide Warburton, Property Manager for Palm Ranch Davie for over a year and three months and our experience has been fantastic. First I would like to mention that I'm very pleased with the quality of service and professionalism provided by manager Josette and office staff members ( Doug & Matthew ). I was looking for somewhere to live that was on the nicer side in the area so this seemed like a good fit! When I went on the tour it seems like the property is well maintained on the exterior. The inside was a different story. At first glance, the inside looked great. There were granite counter tops and the features looked new and updated. Hola estoy muy contenta de estar aquí, me parece una comunidad tranquila, limpia, ordenada y la atención del personal que aquí trabaja es excelente en especial el Sr. Mauricio y el Sr. Henrry.
