I was looking for somewhere to live that was on the nicer side in the area so this seemed like a good fit! When I went on the tour it seems like the property is well maintained on the exterior. The inside was a different story. At first glance, the inside looked great. There were granite counter tops and the features looked new and updated. The problem was the amount of LIVE ROACHES in the apartment during my tour. I opened the refrigerator and there were live roaches crawling inside it! Hola estoy muy contenta de estar aquí, me parece una comunidad tranquila, limpia, ordenada y la atención del personal que aquí trabaja es excelente en especial el Sr. Mauricio y el Sr. Henrry. Con la excepción de que falta poner a funcionar los portones de entrada principal aunque hay servicio de vigilancia. Super agradecida 🙏
Great maintenance service. I submitted a ticket online and maintenance was knocking on my door and fixed the problem quick. Mauricio the maintenance manager is great A+.
