I scheduled a tour next day for this apartment which was confirmed in an email by the leasing office only for the leasing agent to show up 10 minutes late to our appointment saying they had no more availabilities. This is despite the fact that they are still listing availablities on zillow as of this review. Raced across town to make the tour only to be told they don't manage the booking for their tours - even if the confirmation comes from the leasing office I guess. Nice apartments
I’ve been living here for a year now and by far the best complex I’ve lived in. I have very friendly neighbors around me and the building area is also safe. Good caring property management team is a plus here too.
Don't live here. The building manager is rude and she's not in the office all the time. Yes it is a fast process if you are trying to get a apartment right away but the deposit you will pay, they will make sure you will get almost none of it when you decided you want to leave. PLUS we had to pay the remaining dates of the last month before our contract ends even though we didnt live there anymore. Make sure you read the lease before you sign and make sure your lease end on the end of the month to avoid charges. Totally not w... read more
