I’ve been living here for a year now and by far the best complex I’ve lived in. I have very friendly neighbors around me and the building area is also safe. Good caring property management team is a plus here too.
Don't live here. The building manager is rude and she's not in the office all the time. Yes it is a fast process if you are trying to get a apartment right away but the deposit you will pay, they will make sure you will get almost none of it when you decided you want to leave. PLUS we had to pay the remaining dates of the last month before our contract ends even though we didnt live there anymore. Dear developer, I and my husband do not like the staff here. Really unfriendly and rude, especially the woman who works in the leasing office. You know who I am talking about. She does not want to talk to any customer except the person she talks to on the phone every time. She is always away and escapes from her work. She just told us to tour the apartment to ourselves in a rude and condenscing tone. This is harmful for your business because it drives potential tenants away. They have no agent available to tour around the apartment. It has been days since we are waiting. Other apartment developers always have available staff that can tour you around once you come in.. on this, they will not entertain you. Its new but I don't think this business will suceed.They want you to submit application without even seeing the apartment.
