I had to return multiple times for a DOT Exam. I saw different practitioners each time, but never the Dr. whose name is on my card. I would not reccommend for a DOT Exam.

I was treated with respect and dignity. Staff was very professional and patient. Doctor (Andrew) was friendly and kind. I would go there again.

Was constantly talked over by Dr. Rubio who implied over and over that I was faking my injury (because apparently he's had the same injury before and our symptoms didn't match up) and even downright told me "sounds like you just dont want to work". Never once did I say I wasn't okay to work, he asked questions and I answered them and he underminded every. single. response. At one point he spent over 5 minutes talking in circles and repeating himself that I had to politely ask if him if we could move on. He even got mad at me... read more

The front staff was somewhat rude and talked to me in a rushed way. I got called back by a young female in purple scrubs who was very nice to me and was thoughtful and actually asked how I was which I appreciated. Her coworker did not seem to be in a good mood when the young lady asked her questions. I didn’t get the chance to speak with the doctor he was just in and out and was very serious. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes
