Very professional and friendly staff. Person doing my ultrasound was very sweet and informative
I just had to have some X-RAYS done so they had a gentleman take me back, and he knew what he was doing. Some of the positions were painful, but that's not his fault. This is funny, before I left I thought I had to wait for the films and results... DUHH!!! They couldn't give the results to me. One of the women said you can wait here if you want lol. Everyone there was nice and I'd definitely go back.
Had a great experience.. my tech was great and had a great sense of humor .. made you feel comfortable �

I was cheerfully greeted by Celia and she got me processed in all of about 5 minutes. Then, literally 5 minutes later I was having my X-Ray done by a lovely young man (so sorry I forgot his name) which took another 5 minutes and I was out the door. 15 minutes in and out... most pleasant X-Ray experience EVER!!

Although I really appreciated the promptness with which I was seen and the cleanliness and organization of the facility, there seemed today to be a real lack of warmth throughout, from reception on through to the technician. There was simple courtesy and professionalism, no more. If that’s all that’s required of the front desk staff I suppose it’s okay but I had real concerns about the perfunctory nature of the mammogram. I may go elsewhere next year.
Only complaint was I arrived by gurney transport from a nursing facility. And had to wait out in the lobby on the gurney by the main entrance. Kind of gave me the feeling of being on display. But as far as the techs went...AWESOME! I give um 5...COUNT UM....☆☆☆☆☆...5 BRIGHT STARS!
Staff was very friendly, efficient, and accommodating. There was no wait for my appointment and it was accomplished swiftly and easily. Thank you!
