Courtesy, promptness and professional
It was not as bad as I expected. Just a lot of different sounds. A lot like maybe big boats. And other. Unknown sounds. I am been to this office for other test. I recon. The service.
Ashley at the front desk was a real sweetheart and the X-ray tech was very efficient and just as sweet. She apologized for the wait, but I only waited for about five minutes which I was surprised on how quick I got called in. Great office!!!
everything was good except for the cold. it is very taxing to lie still for two hours when you are freezing. a blanket, if you can call it that, was provided, but not heated and not weighty enough. honestly it took me an hour to get my body moving again. other than that it was fine.
Everyone that I had helping me was very professional and kind. I had X-rays as a walk in patient, and they were very prompt and the X-ray tech very understanding, professional, and sweet.
Everybody was very helpful! This was not a run of the Mill experience. MRIs are fantastic machines. but it is scary. The tech9 was absolutely necessary to get me through this. If not for her expertise I would have panicked. Job, well done
Service and staff great, but I had a specific appt time and still had to wait more than a half hour past.
