Good location, ample parking. Staff are not really engaged with the customer, but as long as they are doing their job it’s ok!
Went in for 3 MRI’s today. I was a little stressed because of the possible health condition I may be faced with but the technician who helped me today, Heather, had a similar experience as mine. She shared some things she had learned, she had very kind words, and made sure that I was as comfortable as could be. For many, facing these kinds of tests are scary because they may bring sad news, but with technicians like Heather, it makes a scary situation much easier to get through.
