Mrs Shecoya, is definitely a rock star in front office. She goes above and beyond to help the patients that come here. Today I was the lucky person to have her help !!!!me to remain a patient here at Palm Medical Ctr in Zephyrhills. I had issues with Humana 5removing my PCP to a different person without my permission , and when I arrived they were not able to draw my labs.
