I went to the doctor's office today because I needed him to sign my Verifiation of Chronic Condition Form. Once they saw I was switching to a plan that they did not accept, they would not sign the form even though the doctor there knows my condition and all he had to do was verify that I had the chronic condition since I have been his patient he knows this is true. They told me to go to a dr on the new plan that has not even started yet and knows nothing about me and cannot even see me til after the plan goes into effect. TH... read more

The staff is wonderful but that receptionist needs some communications skills, using the word honey and I’ve been wanted to get results from my blood work, from 8am to closing, she’s says they are busy all day 😡
HORRIBLE read reviews, we’re not lying. The front staff manager is unprofessional and rude, she does not care and it shows. Seeing Dr Shah for my yearly; he talks the entire time and doesn’t let me get a word in; then questions why I’m on the medications I’m on; yet has all my records and should know I have multiple chronic illnesses. He “doesn’t believe me” about an allergy and refuses to give me a referral to an allergist as I wasn’t currently in a flare to show him “proof” of said allergy.
