Dr. Felix Cotto was very nice and compassionate, a down-to-earth person. Wait times are NOTHING! Very fast service. Staff is very attentive and caring. KEEP IT UP GUYS!!!
Women who answered the phone in the front desk was very rude on the phone, I gave her my Insurance ID and she kept repeating back to me incorrectly, I asked her to repeat back to me the ID and she grew very frustrated and rude. I understand everyone has their days but this is unacceptable in the healthcare world as a Clinic manager I would never allow my staff to speak to patients this way.
