Always professional and kind, highly recommend this practice.
The wait time is long and with a toddler it’s very frustrating. I think the providers are good and the location works for me at this time. I think staff should speak English and Spanish fluently at least to have a conversation. It’s very rude to be speaking to someone in English and they respond in Spanish. This is a doctors office. It’s a professional environment and staff should be behave accordingly.
