Thankful for Dr. Moro and her 24/7 access to care via the Direct Health app. I was concerned for my baby and within minutes Dr. Moro responded to my message, initiated a video call, and prescribed medication in a timely manner. I am so far please with this practice 👍

I’m sharing my experience because I left the office feeling very unsettled about how my one-year-old son’s situation was handled. I brought my son to the office on 9/24 because I was concerned he had croup, which was confirmed by his doctor . I was told that if he was not doing better the following day, I should bring him back for an injection.
