Horrible management. Hope your unit never needs repair. Had to wait almost a year before they decided to fix 2 bathroom walls that were so rotted with humidity that the tiles were falling and the sheet rock was collapsing. Black mold so bad even the repair people were disgusted. Yesenia and Barbara are extremely dishonest and unprofessional and should not treat residents paying any amount let alone 1600 a month to this treatment. Will litigate. Sadly this place doesnt even have the decency of deserving one star. The most important key point is that the management in this place completely sucks. Really don't understand why we have to pay for a management that is never there when you need it. They promote FALSE ADVERTISEMENT = management and sales team call this place luxury condos; sadly there's NOTHING luxurious about this Jenny Tower.
