The new staff and Palm harbor villas are very helpful. The new maintenance tech Julio resolved an ac problem for my sister something I have been trying to accomplish for months. Thank you palm harbor staff!!
The maintenance team works really hard to resolve issues. Management has improved in their ability to address resident's concerns.

Lived here for 5yrs. It's super quiet and chill. They have made the laundry room a little better with most machines working now, finally have a steady, consistent, professional, and quite helpful and kind office manager which we've never had since I've been here, and even though there's no central air, W/D hookups, or dishwasher (at least in my unit) it's still a comfortable & safe place to live.
