Really bad costumer service they don’t answer at all even if you call in the morning still waiting for my house to get fix, I wouldn’t recommend buying a Palm Harbor Home!!!!
Buyer BEWARE. You are led to believe that Palm Harbor is top of the line, until you spend your money! My home has had so many problems from day one and I’m still having problems. Fro Wrong piping used, sub-par water connectors which failed and caused under home leakage costing me 400 in water bills. To not venting the dryer causing a major bug infestation where the warm air was coming out from the dryer directly under the home, which costs me roughly $500 in pest control. This is what our brand new el rancho looks like!! Sitting on our land since end of September 2024 and today the 3rd set of company crew is here trying to make it look better. 10-10 I wouldn’t recommend this company. Hell, I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy a palm harbor period.
Would recommend Palm Harbor for any and everyone! Amazing customer service, incredible quality homes, best all around!
