Unbelievable! We stopped by to take a look at modular homes. We’re in the process of putting a home on our retirement property and we’re looking at options. We did not have an appointment and had not spoken to anyone prom Palm Harbor. The salesperson we met with was obviously new. She couldn’t tell me the difference between manufactured and modular - she said they’re the same, it’s a code thing. From our very first contact with Shawn, he treated us like old friends or family. We told him what we were looking for and he listened. He took us into the exact home we were hoping for. He answered every question we had and, showed us samples of the flooring. We could not have had an easier or better experience. We would give him 1000 stars if we could.
