UPDATE If I could give zero stars, I would. The level of unprofessionalism and apathy we experienced was shocking. The team was slow to respond, when they responded at all, and the few times we got answers, they were vague or flat-out misleading. They made commitments they never intended to keep and left critical items unfinished. It’s obvious that customer service is not a priority here.
