Big Red Flag. MOLD, AC ISSUES, NO LOUNDRY or Hooks, Lack of Commitment from their Employees. Office Personal swap every other year. The only time where you going to received good treat from the property administration its when you signs the lease. Poor Maintanence, A/C issue every month, Close pool (most time of the year), the adminsitration access your apartment without consent or without previous notification. lack of empathy, No ADA access or Ramp for people with disability. I lived here for two years, without any major setbacks, although the area is not the best in the area, Maria and the maintenance man are always attentive to the tenants, when I needed fumigation, electricity or plumbing service they always went to solve it, the cons are: the constant changes of administration that left us without surveillance for long periods, one of the pools closed and they should put gates
