As of this posting, Palm Greens 2 is involved in litigation. Fiduciary obligations,malfeasance has troubled this community for quite some time. Replace the entire board and remove First Service residential from our community. First Service residential area scam artists. Google (First Service residential scams) see for your self. Hand in hand they do a great job of fleecing your savings. You have been warned.
Very nice people.
Community spent money and put up ugly signs to say the neighboring community can’t use the club house or facilities. The sign makes our community look petty, and to be honest with new amenities from Delray Trails it makes me angry Palm Green is spending money on signs rather than refurbishing our amenities to keep up.
