Super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I stopped by literally just stopped by to look at their selection of glasses. They accommodated me with an eye examination without an appointment and I ended up leaving with an order placed for a new pair of glasses. The optometrist was extremely friendly and the staff was as well.

Great customer service, very friendly staff, Dr. Tom really listens to what you want and your needs for eye wear. Tom and staff were very knowledgeable of my insurance plan and coverage, which made ordering new progressives a breeze!
Have been waiting 6 weeks for my husbands glasses. They have come in 2x with the wrong prescription. Palm won't take ownership of the problem and gave us someone else to call and complain! Will never use them again! How unprofessional!!
Never had better care, I live out of state when I visit North West Florida I drop in Palm Eye Care for my annual exams. All's you have to do is call, text, or us face book to make arrangements. Simple and painless. Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday's to all.
