Well went for Easter Sunday and my moms temp marker was missing and they told me that they would replace it and I went back out for mothers day and still no temp marker for my mom. They never do what they say they are going to do.
I love it there such a beautiful an peaceful place I have my son an grandson ther no better place to be in peace! And I always recommend when a friend or family lose a love one!
Poor customer service. I purchased two plans with plots in 1998. I have unanswered questions and still have not received ownership papers on my plots. I spoke with a very rude and condescending woman today who told me they would not issue any ownership doc's but if I sold the plots it would cost $395 each. I phoned over a week ago and was told I would receive a call back the next day. Never got the call. Thankful that I am not dead and my heirs would be dealing with this while grieving. Don't deal with these people.
