The new management staff has ruined this once great place. They have changed policies and you're out of luck if your loved ones birthday falls on one of their clean up times. The previous managers would have let you put your stuff up anyway and just taken it down the next day. No big deal. Above ground, out of the way, vases should continue to be untouched because they are not in anyone's way. The staff is aloof and uncaring and zero customer service.
