Randal the security officer is great. Helpful, professional, respectful and see him assisting disabled guests in parking lot makes me glad to have him here.
I’ve always had pretty good service here. There was one time that a back office staff member was refusing to see me because I was late but with the grace period. That was one of a few “meltdowns” that I’ve had there. The manager came right out and got everything resolved. Other than that the staff has been excellent, professional and patient with me. I feel bad when I am not so nice to the front office staff as they deserve better. I try to enter the building in a super positive mood…..
