The Sy Kaplan clinic is the worst VA clinic I have ever had. They are always understaffed & at times incompetent with their treatment & care. I have had 3 providers in the last 6 months alone. There has got be a reason why so providers quit after such a short time of employment. I wish I had somewhere else to go for my VA Health options!
I want to thank RN Jenna Harmon I was in a lot of physical pain she called me today and assisted me in getting immediate help and gave me a lot of useful information she's an asset to the VA
Cute little place, but blood draws are only done in the morning. Don't come in the afternoon for blood draws.
MUCH IMPROVED! Better care, more responsive, more user-friendly. VA employees run and operate this facility as of sometime mid-2024. This is no longer a contractor-operated facility!! Repeat: This is no longer a contractor-operated facility!! Run by caring, competent professionals of VA. So many complaints from VA docs, patients, et al. that VA apparently did not renew the next option year of the contract.
