Called Palm Desert Garage Doors after my friend accidentally backed into my garage door! I could not believe it at first but after a quick google search for a company around palm desert, I found these guys. I called them around noon time and they had one of their garage door repair technicians come out within a few hours. They fixed my problem and installed a brand new door that's even better than the one I had before, and nicer looking. Thanks fellas. Highly Recommend. A++

Awesome service. I used them 5 years ago to repair & service the garage door spring mechanism. I called them back for a stripped belt on our ancient garage door power unit. I was relieved to discover that everything was the same with them as it was 5 years ago, they answered the phone right away, set up an appointment for the following week. I was thinking about replacing my garage door, as it became difficult to close due to slack in motion between the chain, pulley, and curved door arm. While closing, the weight of the door would yank on the pulley, so the pulley now is partially open and the door would go up. The motor, after such, would make ticking noise. Dan came to do the free estimate. Malek fixed the whole situation with one bolt that took away the slack, at no charge! It is always a pleasure to have business with people who know what they're doing!

Highly recommend . Palm Desert Garge Door Have used them several times in our commercial office building. They recently replaced an exterior door and frame that was rusting out in our warehouse. They were quick and did a great job. Our door has electronic security and they knew exactly how to reinstall this on the door without having to get our security vendor involved. Very courteous and knowledgeable
