Poor medical care
had a great experience at Palm Desert Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Dr. Monday was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I appreciated how attentive they were to my concerns and how smoothly the appointment went. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring and professional dermatology practice.
Very good staff and care. Dr. Gross is an excellent physician. I don't understand the previous negative reviews. I have been going here for over three years. Highly recommended.
Sent me home with a misdiagnosis. Somehow mistook a raging case of hives with big bug bites. Never again.
