Whoever you had "directing " the parade around the grand Marshall stand made it pretty horrible as she did not take into account that parades are not to be rushed along since you have people walking and bands stopping to perform. She created huge gaps between vehicles and walkers and looked pretty ridiculous while she hurried everyone along.
