Do you want a honest and reputable HVAC company that won't try and upsell you? Then this is the one. I service a community as 1 of 3 handymen. I deal with 100's of customer's that now only use Palm Desert Air. They are a great company that stands behind their work!

In June of 2026 Palm Desert Air Conditioning installed a new American Standard 5 ton Split System at my residence. I met with the Service Manager Lin and he clearly explained the process of installation, service and price. The new A/C and Heater System were then installed by George (Jorge) and Marcos. Both of them were very friendly and did excellent work with the installation and explanation of the new system. Great service. The repair guy showed up as scheduled and was very knowledgeable; He clearly explained what was wrong and what was needed. The repair was done and the transaction complete within a few hours of my initial call.

We are so grateful that we chose Palm Desert air-conditioning and didn’t get swayed by the Costco dealers and rebates. The process has been so much simpler, logical and, less wading through Sales jargon for what is true and necessary versus what is fluff and expense. I’m sure the Costco systems would have also worked, but we would’ve paid Double for the same end result.
