Extremely professional highly knowledgeable well trained technician. The installation technicians Jorge and Kreen were highly knowledgeable and wanted to ensure all my questions were answered. They also took the time to make sure I was satisfied with every step of the process. Found these guys by accident, thought I was calling another a/c person, but had texted PD a/c. Spoke with Jean and Liz, who I thought at the time were trying to upset me bc a/c was blowing hot air, and it was always freon that was needed. We bought a 1981 condo in May of this year and our first power bill for month of June for which we were here most of the month was $855! and even with a full month with no one here and thermostat set to 90 our bill was $350. NOT SUSTAINABLE! I wanted a new Heat Pump Package Unit and did research. The number one overall unit according to Consumer Reports was American Standard. Lennox & Carrier had good ratings too.
