We are so grateful that we chose Palm Desert air-conditioning and didn’t get swayed by the Costco dealers and rebates. The process has been so much simpler, logical and, less wading through Sales jargon for what is true and necessary versus what is fluff and expense. Thank YOU to Omar of Palm Desert Air Conditioning and Heating Co. who arrived on time, got the job (changed filters and cleaned outside A/C unit $89) done in a timely manner and gave me some pointers on my garage split (which was not part of the scheduled maintenance today). He also checked my ducts to see if they needed cleaning ($750). Nope! Clean as a whistle. I Highly recommend Palm Desert Air Conditioning and Heating Co! This review is long overdue. Last July, 2025, I found this company after having no AC for weeks in 100+ degree temps and dealing with 3 different dishonest AC companies through my home warranty. I was so frustrated after paying the $95 charge each time and being told 3 different stories and quotes nearing $16,000 to replace a brand new AC split system I had installed weeks prior.
