They deserve a 10!!! We were scheduled for our 6 mo check up but system wasn't cooling. We called at about 3:30PM to see if they could come out earlier. They sent a service technician who arrived at 4:45. he solved the problem. They are always dependable, professional and service oriented!
In 25 years of home ownership, I have never known a more reliable or more trustworthy service company. They are on time, give you a detailed quote with explanation, their technicians are quick, efficient, phenomenally respectful and professional. The office staff/team return every call, are always cheerful, and never try to buffalo you, cannot say enough great things about Palm Desert Air Conditioning.

Amazing company. Very professional and responsive. I replaced my aged furnace and air-conditioning system with a Bosch heat pump, after consultation with them. The Bosch system is everything they said it was and more. The installation crew was great. On time, friendly and professional. The clean-up was so good that I didn't even need to vaccum despite the fact they had to do some minor interior demolition as part of the installation.
