I have had a lot of trauma when it comes to dental work so I was very hesitant to get checked out, but I am so glad I found Dr. Chung!!! He has helped me so much with my dental care and always prioritizes your comfort. The entire office staff are so welcoming and really helpful! I’m glad I found my forever dentist!
Called to make an appointment! Asked if they take my insurance. Confirmed yes! Called me back a few hours later to confirm appointment! Tried calling me 2 days later! Failed to leave a voicemail why the call! Went to my appointment and was told then that they don’t take my insurance! I live in Riverside and this place is in Fontana! What a waste of my time and gas! Lousy customer service!
Love Dr. Ricky and the whole team! Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. They always take great care of me and my family, which means a lot. I usually get nervous going to the dentist, but they’re really gentle and explain everything so you know what’s going on. The office is clean, the staff is awesome and welcoming, and I never feel rushed. Definitely the best dental experience I’ve had highly recommend!
Palm Court Dental is literally the best! The entire staff is wonderful. I’m so grateful I got to experience their services.
I really love this place. Can’t say enough good things. I trust them to do good work and be honest, which is hard to say about most dental offices. I’m glad I finally found a reliable place I can go to from now on.
