I use to live this place for 22 years ,very nice neighborhood, close to everything just walking distance. Small apartments complex and we get to know some our neighbors ,barbecue area gets very busy on super ball time ,when we move in they have a swimming pool but they close down for repair 2 years ago and by the time we move out still closed down,they use to have this great repair maintenance guy who can fix everything anything till he retired . In 22 years living in there we work with 12 managers some live in the property ... read more
Good location. Good neighbors. Minus 2 stars for frequent water shutoffs and delayed response to repairs. Ex. Been here for 2 years, emailed them multiple times about lights being off at night in the front gate area. They’re still on during the day and off at night.
I have to agree with the previous reviews about Israel -- he does an great job with maintenance and repairs. My kitchen sink wasn't working properly, and he was able to quickly repair the faucet. Now it's working perfectly with excellent water pressure. Thanks, Israel!
