Our family had to bring our beloved Lucy in to be put down, they sent a very nice card in the mail with their sympathies. I've also taken my Oliver in twice. Every time I've gone in, I'm taken care of right away. The Faculty is very nice. I've never had any issues.
Such great staff great prices .We are so thankful to them they took such good care of our mamba girl before she passed. When she did passed they took the time to send us a beautiful sympathy card.that alone was amazing We are so thankful

Dr.Sheffield and her staff are fantastic. Dr. Sheffield was very patient, supportive, and caring when we had to let our Mitzi cross the rainbow bridge this past Valentine's Day. Our new dog, Annabelle,is a rescue who is 3 years old and Dr. Sheffield is very patient with her. I really appreciate the fact that after a visit we get a call to make sure Annabelle is doing well. This office and staff is the best!

Everything. In a rush now, I can only say I wish regular doctors were as thorough caring and efficient as Dr. Shefffield. We've taken three pets there all of them elderly and had wonderful experiences with all of them. Thanks to Dr. Shefffield I have more time to spend with my cat who is diabetic and has received the best of care.
