this lady is rude and unprofessional. My girlfriend got me flowers for Valentine’s Day and she paid over $100 for them just for them to be dead the same day she got them. don’t waste your money. she literally had to go back to get the yellow roses put in, but the pink ones are how they came and they’re just dead.
I ordered flowers for my parent's anniversary, and it went through a flower network which messed up the delivery. However, I called the Palm Coast Floral number and Monique called me right back! I told her what I'd ordered, and she prepared the arrangement, sent me a photo of it and delivered it to my parents' apartment. Don’t use this florist! My husband ordered flowers for our 25th Anniversary to be delivered in the morning, they were delivered at 5:00 PM and only after he called! The arrangement was not what he ordered, the flowers were yellow and vase was purple, it’s December people not Easter! Very disappointing for $140.00 and a sunflower card for an Anniversary!
SHOUT-OUT TO MO!!! Called the day before Mother’s Day with a late order (my fault). Despite being super busy and running around town making deliveries — she took time to take my order and got the flowers there the next day!! Mo even called the next day to double check a detail. Excellent service. Appreciate Mo for the win!!
On May 12, 2025, I made an online order, with a conformation for a delivery to a FUNERAL and the flowers still have not showed up. I even spoke to someone on the phone to confirm they could deliver these. I am beyond embarrassed that these flowers never showed up to show the family that we were thinking of them. I want them delivered to the individual family! When I called today, only one person is working and she couldn't tell me anything since she was driving which I get, BUT I am owed an explanation.
