ll I normally do now write negative reviews on any subject matter but I would regret not writing one for this place. I moved in a year ago when it was still under the name Palm Breeze, but was changed back in September to Seascape Pointe. This place has gone downhill rapidly. You have people out in the street smoking weed, with kids running around in plain view.
