I love coming to tan here! The beds are awesome with several to choose from in my package. The staff is always so sweet and welcoming. I look at my tanning sessions as "mini spa" moments :)
Standup bed has 9 bulbs out and another has 6 out that is ridiculous! Also one of my headbands fell off while I was in the tanning bed and I forgot to get it they said they didn't find it. Two different times it looked like the beds were only half cleaned
My first time here today and I will certainly be back! April was such a lovely employee, thoroughly explaining each option I had and recommending what would work best for me based on my skin tone, which is very pale because I have not been tanning in a very long time! She was very kind and patient going over everything to me. The first visit is free, so I only had to pay $11 for my packet of lotion (also recommended by April!) James was incredibly helpful and super knowledgeable about all the products! Sucks he won’t be at this location permanently because aside from what I already mentioned he was so personable and let me know about certain available products no one had ever shown me in there. He will do well for Palm Beach Tan whichever location he’s at. 10/10 recommend
