I went in with my niece for her first time tanning with palm beach tanning. We were helped by this younger looking girl, she was in her early 20s but she looked like she had used up her fair share of free tanning benefits…. She wasn’t very knowledgeable, must’ve been new, luckily we got someone else’s input when she stepped away. The facilities were nice, but I sure wish the staff were trained better.
Manager was extremely rude. Although I have been coming for years and had not been in a couple of weeks due to being at the beach and came back with a good tan she cut my tan in half. I spend $100.00 a month here to not be able to tan fully.
They have a selection of wonderful beds and great packages! I love being able to keep up with my time and everything on their app.
I’m super dark from being outside and they limited my time to 8 MINUTES!!!! Like I’m not an adult who can’t make my own decisions. Waste of money to be controlled like that. Allow ppl to make their own damn decisions. If they get burnt, then it’s their own fault. Don’t punish paying members for other people’s stupidity. Cancelled my membership & won’t go there again. Friends have done the same.
I have been coming here for years and referred others. I recently had an issue where I asked for my account to be frozen as I do often since I’m not always in town and I was instructed by a manager to do this. I noticed on my bank app I was billed for July, I called in right away to simply address it and have it voided since it was processing.
