I have been coming here for years and referred others. I recently had an issue where I asked for my account to be frozen as I do often since I’m not always in town and I was instructed by a manager to do this. I noticed on my bank app I was billed for July, I called in right away to simply address it and have it voided since it was processing. I love coming to tan here! The beds are awesome with several to choose from in my package. The staff is always so sweet and welcoming. I look at my tanning sessions as "mini spa" moments :)
Standup bed has 9 bulbs out and another has 6 out that is ridiculous! Also one of my headbands fell off while I was in the tanning bed and I forgot to get it they said they didn't find it. Two different times it looked like the beds were only half cleaned
