It's 2025 and the 'great minds' at Palm Beach Tan will still not allow you to cancel your membership online or over the phone. With their genius-level intellect, they stick to their antiquated ways to screw over their customer base and make canceling way more difficult than is necessary. I'm surprised they didn't ask me to handwrite a letter and mail it to them or send them a telegraph explaining why I want to cancel. I popped into this location for a quick spray tan. Taylor was fantastic. She is polished, knowledgeable, and kind. Let's get this girl a raise for her exceptional customer service!
Inconvenient to cancel. Takes way too much effort. They give you numbers to call that just makes you leave a message. Should not be that difficult to resolve.
