I have been a member for 15+ years and never had this issue. I had fraud on my card so I had to get a new one. Was called just last week stating my card was not going through. Come to find out it had been 3 months (but I only got a phone call last week). They charged me $30 to re-instate my membership. Employee claimed I got emails stating my card was declined. This is not true. So if I didn’t re-instate my membership it would be terminated and I would lose all the monthly I paid into it. I will be using my tan dollars and t... read more
I’ve only ever had excellent experiences going to this location. Staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable on products. One of their employees Lara always greets me with a smile and i always look forward to seeing her!
