I was visiting from out of town and looking for a place to get some red light therapy when I came across Palm Beach Tan. Zoya and Regan were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They took the time to answer my questions, recommend the perfect tanning bed for what I was looking for, and suggest some great lotions and skincare products. Natalya was super helpful and great to work with when purchasing a lotion! The staff are always so cheerful and friendly! Ayla was so helpful and wonderful in helping me with my membership questions, highly recommend this salon! :)
The team there was very knowledgeable, caring, a great speedy service
I just got a phone call that they were trying to bill my account for another Month. I said I signed up for one month unlimited. I always do one month. She said that wasn't available when they billed me. I said this is on you I always do one month, I would never sign up to bill me every month. I will never go back to this place, it has a revolving door when it comes to employees.
I went to pbt today and Martina really helped me today! She helped me decide what would be the best fit for my needs. Had a great time in the salon today
