10/10 experience at this location! Last Friday I had just flown in from out of town for my cousin’s bachelorette weekend and I was in desperate need of a spray tan. I have never in my life experienced such professionalism and just genuinely great customer service than I did from Gabe. He was so kind and helpful, and extremely knowledgeable of the products. Montana is an absolute blessing to PBT!! Her attitude and professionalism is 10 stars! I recently had to cancel my membership bc I'm moving and she made the process simple and heartfelt. Sad there are no PBT salons on Florida's east coast but my time with them was always great. They always had clean beds and the staff was always friendly. Best PBT location is PCB by far!!

Let’s start with the gimmick, free first service any free, nope. In order to spray tan at the level I am use to they wanted to charge an additional 25 dollars. Then bought 2 for 40 spray tans and did first one and was very unsatisfied as was uneven, not dark enough, and didn’t do anything for my face. Then checked account I paid with and took 65 dollars, why and how as didn’t sign up for membership so where did the other 25 charge come from. Never again and will use last tan and scratch the lost. What a disappointment

I've been to a lot of spray tan places, but I moved here recently and this is the best one I've been to (previously I went to Zoom Tan and Planet Beach). It is immaculate and the staff is professional. Megan is the manager is she is so sweet and always helpful. She makes it a welcoming place to come into. I've bought more gifts for people from this store because of her. They sell candles, gift cards, lotions etc. It feels less franchise/corporate than other places I've been.
