I visited the salon prior to spring break to receive a spray tan. Upon entering the room and undressing, I noticed the machine was broken (screen was prompting a restart.) After redressing and getting the staffs attention, the machine was restarted. Of the 4 sprays, only once did solution spray. After dressing once again, I relayed the issue to the front desk team. They said my tan looked amazing (it sprayed my backside only) and there was nothing they could do. Disappointing!

The environment was aesthetically pleasing, but what truly made the experience was the intellect of the staff members. They knew what I needed, always keeping safety in mind. Cleanliness is a key factor to which they undeniably succeed in. Very happy. I want to thank Shy and Lace for helping me keep my skin healthy. They are very genuine and brilliant! Palm Beach Tan does an amazing job!
