I came in on Saturday afternoon looking to see what packages are offered, see what beds they have and how to start as a new member. Both employees were really rude. I asked to be shown around and the older lady Bernadette said “that’s weird I can’t do that” then changed her story to “corporate won’t allow me to” which is a blatant lie. I’ve been to plenty other PBT’s around the country and they are always more than happy to show me around. Uses illegal bait and switch tactics with their pricing. Their own website states prices for membership verses individual session prices. Individual session for spray tan starts as $25 dollars. When I went in the lady stated $85 as corporate policy if you don't have a membership. Blatantly against what they state on their site.
Really love Palm Beach Tan.... especially when Ms. Bernie is working. She is a ray of sunshine at Palm Beach Tan.
