We came in from out of town. My finance was planning a photo shoot for our engagement and I decided to try a spray tan for both of us. The girls working were so sweet and made the experience so fun for us. I was concerned the tan would look odd or splotchy for photos but they found one that looked amazing and the pictures turned out incredible. Thank you!!!
Had I written this the beginning of this year I would’ve given a 1 star; read until the end. Since I moved to SoCal over 2 years ago it has been nothing but consistently TERRIBLE service; and it’s been from every location I’ve gone to. From the billing issues and never being able to store my info properly, to the lack of customer service from every person I’ve come across and just never being acknowledged as a human. Had an experience that left me feeling just a bit weird. Walked in to the employee at the front talking to someone on the phone who I assume needed help and she sounded veryyy annoyed that she had to help the customer on the phone. Should have left immediately hearing that conversation/after she rolled her eyes when she hung up. I came in ready to buy a package, but unfortunately that didn’t happen.
