I love palm beach tan! I always receive great service and friendly faces.
I just wanted to let you know about the wonderful store manager you have at your Tyler location, Austin Groper. I've been a member of this Palm Beach Tan for years, and I was trying to transfer locations because of a move. I was having problems at my new location and Austin went above and beyond to call and clear up any confusion with the other store manager. I have never in my life met a store manager who cares so much about his customers and goes above and beyond to make things easy for them.
Best place in Tyler to get your tan on!! Go ask for Austin!!
