Don’t waste your money on an upgraded membership at this location. There are ONLY two diamond beds, one of them is awful(it burns!) and they are constantly putting people with free upgrades in the good beds ahead of long time full price paying customers. Extremely frustrating!
I love the staff at the location I go to their corporate billing department not so much
Over charged my wife for almost 2 months. Then we paid on the 15 th of June for a month. Here it is the 7th of July and they won't let her tan. Sounds fishy on their billing department.
The Customer Service at the 9mile location is great and I never have to wait a long time!!
Froze my account in November and guess the young girl decided not to do her job!! Definitely won't be back after they took me for $130!
