I am so fed up with this place, Broken beds, light fixtures dangling inside tan beds, multiple hours changes without notifying customers. I expect better business practices. especially when im laying out $960 year. stay away from Pensacola 9 mile road location. awful place. update, these bulbs were out in July. still out in October.

It was a nightmare attempting to just sign up. An hour later and still was unable to tan due to the process/computer system. Asked for a refund and auto cancel due to this. The paperwork states that I will still be charged. There was not a Manager on duty to fix these issues. I'm extremely disappointed. I was looking forward to becoming a member.

Have been tanning here for just about a year. Love love love the staff., friendly and always helpful. The open sun bed is awesome and everything is always super clean. Love PBT!
I used the mystic tanning bed. The lady originally told me it would be $35. She then added $40 worth of additives without telling me of the extra charges until after I had already swiped my card for $75. I ended up paying $75 for what I was told was a $35 tan. I felt like I was given very vague instructions, and ended up with a very splotchy, way too dark tan. 3 days later I went to a independent professional and had her remove it (with professional remover and exfoliant) and ended up paying her $25 for a spray done by hand ... read more
Great place Spring is around the corner
I have been a 2x a week regular here for over 3 yrs and am a 20yr self-tan veteran, so I know a thing or two about spray tans. This particular location is my go-to because of the staff, hands down. Amanda is my long-time fave associate and is a true delight and always makes things right. Chelsea, Kayla and Kaylee (Spelling?) are all wonderful and have trained up newbies that are also personable and courteous.
