I was in recently and ended up upgrading my package and buying some new lotion because Alecia F. was extremely knowledgeable about the product. She gave great advice as to what beds I should try and for what lotion would work best for the results I was looking for. She gave great customer service, not only to me, but was kind to the other customer who was waiting in line behind me. Overall- great experience and a great associate!
