The website and door both say this location opens at 8:00 am. I waited until 8:20 am and no one is here. The lock is still on the door.
I want to start this review off by saying I highly recommend the Palm Beach Tan off Sunbury Road in Westerville. Luckily I work near by however on my days off I have visited the Polaris location since it is closer to my home. The is unfortunate for me because almost every time I go there I have a less than ideal experience. Yesterday was no exception. The Spray tan booth was filthy and smelled like rotten eggs. Unwilling to assist customer by a simple task of hanging a sign.
I accidentally left my rings in room 7 at this location on Sunday just before 5 o’clock. Please, please if you have them just take them back to the store. The diamond ring was my mother’s who passed away 2 years ago next month. Losing this ring feels like losing her all over again. Please if you found them I’m asking you to take a moment to think how you would feel if you were in my position and please take them back. No questions asked!
So disappointed. I paid $64 for 3 spray tans (I was told at the the time they would not expire for 1 year) back in April 2018. I called today to confirm I'm still on file and was told they expired and they were only good for 2 months.

High quality and super clean salons! Tanning is now my favorite indoor activity. Palm Beach salons are great for seasonal depression, obtaining a healthy skin complexion and glow!
