WTH??! Your location closes for the Super Bowl? Are you freaking kidding me? There was no notification that went out by email to advise customers and I drive up to your building on Paxton Road in Cincinnati Ohio and there’s a poster on the front door that says Super Bowl hours close at 6 PM. Poor business move, @Palm Beach Tan. I’m canceling my membership first thing tomorrow morning. AND your phone isn’t working.. message says Verizon can’t connect call. WTH? Unprofessional and horrible customer service. Done here.

the staff is always so helpful and pleasant I enjoy tanning there. I would like to be able to open a spray tan account along with my tanning account.
It would be fantastic to actually have a bronzer loaded in your versa spray tan. Unfortunately, it’s the 2nd time I’ve had this experience. Here’s what I won’t have, another experience with your garbage product.
CANT trust this place. They allow valuable items to be stolen from paying customers and will not help in anyway. I would never trust this place. They will steal from you.
Always so unprofessional and very unorganized. Most of the time extremely rude. For all the associates they have working- it’s very slow paced with cleaning beds and spray tan.
