I enjoy the quality of the beds and the cleanliness of the salon, plus the hours and locations are convenient for me. My only complaint would be that while the staff is generally very friendly, there are huge inconsistencies about what deals and upgrades are communicated to customers. I’ll have to personally do a better job of checking my email to know what deals I’m getting because the staff can’t always be counted on to actually look at people‘s profiles to see what upgrades they’re entitled to.
